Mr. Raj, an MBA from North South University has gained vast experience in managing business development projects with special focus on access to finance and agriculture sector. He has extensive working experience with development partners, GOB organizations and business communities of Bangladesh. Throughout his carrier he was actively involved in project planning, research, supervising and managing numerous market development and financial services interventions funded by IFC-SEDF, GIZ, European Union, Swisscontact etc. on various sectors such as agriculture, RMG, alternative & renewable energy, agri-business, SME Development etc.

Ms. Shoma, a business graduate with 23 years of experience is currently working for SEBA Limited as Executive Director for Consulting Services Department. She has single-handedly carried out project backstopping, implementation and management, private sector development and undertaken a numerous consultancies as Sector & Market & Socio-economic Research for a number of of a number of development projects by IFC, GIZ, ECD, ILO, DANIDA, SDC, etc. She has experience of managing projects with private and public sector stakeholdrs. She is a licensed CEFE (entrepreneurship development) and Business Edge (BE) trainer.

Mr. Faruq has completed his Masters in 1969 on Agronomy and graduation from Bangladesh Agricultural University. He worked at BADC for 33 years in different capacities and finally retired as Additional General Manager (Seed Marketing). He has extensive experience in working with both development parthers like IFC, GIZ, DANIDA, Katalyst etc. and public sectors like, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Finance, BADC, DAE etc.

Mr. Saifullah is an highly qualified expert in the textile and RMG sector in Bangladesh with more than 25 years of sector-related experience, consulting, and international cooperation. He was Director of WRAP and has worked as labour inspectors (Ministry of Labours & Employment), BGMEA/BKMEA compliance team, factory compliance officers of both BGMEA & BKMEA member factories. He has conducted numerous audits and capacity building on social & labour standards in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India & Pakistan.

Ms. Salma has completed her graduation from Dhaka University on Geography and Environment. She has been responsible for accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, in-house controlling, investments, insurance, audit-related activities of the organization. She is also responsible for managing the administrative, information technology systems of the organization.
